WITH Long Term Care benefits or can be offered WITHOUT Long term Care benefits.

This policy is offered to employer groups of 50 or more employees.

Whether you talk to a physician or you are picking up a prescription , there is NO COPAY being charged. You will not pay a co-pay.

Sometimes medical plans can be too expensive for an employee to pay for family member coverage. This service has doctor visits and prescription service at an affordable monthly rate that can be conveniently payroll-deducted.
