Being offered additional voluntary Life Insurance through your employer is a convenient and trusted way to learn about and manage your life insurance policies thoughout your work career. Making sure that you have life insurance outside of your employer is also implortant. And, having that policy as "portable" so that you can take it with you when you leave your employer, is another consideration.

This policy is offered to employer groups of 50 or more employees.
This policy has a guaranteed death benefit and it also provides benefit options to use for terminal illness and Long Term Care while living .
As a lifetime term policy, coverage lasts until age 121.
You can access benefit dollars from the face value for use with Long Term Care. Please talk to your Benefit Counselor about this policy, ask questions and learn more about this policy through your employer.
